Ordeca is a tech startup founded 2021 by a team with extensive industry experience in organizational design, leadership development, change management, IT-development and growing successful SaaS companies.

Oskar Törnblom

Researcher and executive advisor in organizational design with 25 years of industry experience. As an executive advisor helping private companies, public organizations and NGOs to make significant and long-term improvement of performance. Manager position in the SaaS-company Questback´s growth from 5 to 50 employees and international expansion. PhD from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in industrial economics and management.

Lena Boström

In-depth expertise in organizations’ technological development and structure, to respond to strategic challenges. More than 25 years of well-documented experience from SAS (VP IT-development and operations – Commercial Systems), Svenska Spel (CTO – Head of systems development) and C.A.G. Mawell (CEO) focusing on organizations´ use of technology, and development of organizations and people. BSc in sociology and business administration from Stockholm University.

Background

Ordeca is a response to the growing need for better organizational design processes and the growing interest in digital tools for process improvement and innovation. The name Ordeca is derived from our solid belief that ORganizational DEsign CApabilities are a critical component to organizational success.

Call for action

Our industry experience clearly demonstrates a growing need for organizational design tools supporting managers, specialists and consultants to improve their ways of conducting organizational design processes. The tools should contribute to create long-term structural and cultural organizational design capabilities.

We use digital tools as accelerators to leverage knowledge transfer, structure processes, build enterprise organizational design systems.

Pilot customers

During 2022 we offer a limited number of pilot customers to join for a project during 2022. This offer is mainly directed to large and project intensive organizations. Especially global private companies, municipalities, hospitals, and other types of public organizations.

We offer our long-term experience in organizational design and our digital development platform. Your contribution is to give input, test and apply the digital platform to your actual organizational challenges. You decide the scope. The test can be executed off-line for maximum security.
